The Women of Blue and White Foundation
The mission of the Women of Blue and White Foundation is to encourage and promote education by providing scholarships and educational research in training and counseling to assist youth, undergraduates and graduates in developing the skills needed to attain their goals in higher education.
It is ideal for our organization to inspire, encourage, and assist students who are preparing for college through our annual Scholarship Program.
